Smoothie Monday: Regular Banana!!

Heey Everyone!
Gonna be doing a new post every week which is a smoothie recipe and how it's good for you, fun. Always for 1 serving. I make a fruity smoothie usually 3 times a week here are a few I do! hope you like the new posts.

Regular Banana

2 bananas
10 prunes(soaked and pitted)
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
10 tablespoons (150 ml) apple juice

Energy: 4/5
Detox: 1/5
Immunity: 3/5
Digestion: 3/5

This drink contains vitamins B1,B3,B6 and C also has potassium and calcium.

TIP: Choose a fruit for a smoothie at it's peak of ripeness for he est taste and most goodness in a glass
